Position Summary:
The physical therapist will accurately assess, differentially diagnosis, and identify deficits in a patient's ability to move and perform functional activities in their daily lives. They develop an individualized treatment plan with patient-centered goals to reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability and work with the individual to prevent the loss of mobility.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
1.
Performs patient evaluations through the process of obtaining history, performing relevant systems review, and selecting and administering specific tests and measures to obtain data.
2.
Establishes an individualized plan of care and selects treatment techniques that addresses the specific impairments identified in the evaluation and in accordance with physician orders.
3.
Conducts ongoing reassessment of the patient and their response to treatment.
Required:

Graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy.
?
Current state Board of Physical Therapy licensure.
?
BLS certification.
Preferred:
?
One year of physical therapist experience.
?
Pediatric physical therapy experience preferred, yet not required.
