Summary:
Under the supervision of the BH Director, Substance Use therapist is responsible for providing evidence based practices according to nationally based standards to reduce symptoms and maximize recovery for patients receiving services. Substance Use Therapist provides therapy sessions for individuals with a primary substance use diagnosis or co-occurring disorder. The Substance Use Therapist ensures that all documentation of patient contract and treatment services is complete, thorough, and accurate to meet all agency, state, CARF, and professional standards.
