The machine operator will be taught how to run various CNC and manual equipment (e.g. drill presses, hydraulic presses). The operator does not need a CNC or machining background but an individual with a background in manufacturing facility(s) is preferred (also not required). We will provide any necessary operating training in house that is required to perform their job duties adequately.
- Practices safe work habits as an individual and with co-workers.
- Works effectively in a team environment.
- Adheres to guidelines related to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Ability to learn how to read specific gauges and measuring equipment.
- Documents production information on quality sheets.
- Able to maintain a clean workstation.
- Must understand basic mathematical principles and have knowledge of measurement processes such as length, diameter, weights, and counts.
- Assumes duties of other operators as required and assists in other areas of the facility as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended amounts of time.
