Job Description:
Position Summary:
This role is responsibleto auditpromotional surveys for all events in assigned DC's. Identify and correct discrepancies/missing information prior to release to retail.
Here's what you'll do:
Audit all promotional surveys within assignedDC'sfor comparison to system hosted data to identify discrepancies prior to the release of the survey to retail. Coordinate a solution with cross-functional departments such as Buyer/Analyst team, Category Management, and Promotions/Advertising Management. Implement correction within the appropriate system.
Perform a second audit prior to the effective date of the survey offers to reconcile changes to costs, allowances, and missing items to assure optimal accuracy in the billing process to retail.
Audit all presell catalogs per DC prior to billing to assure that all allowances have been adjusted to support cost changes that occur after the catalog release.
Track all identified discrepancies utilizing the Salesforce tool.
Assist DC Merchandiser with development of auditing and tracking process documentation and maintenance of such documentation.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Here's what you'll need:
High School Diploma (Preferred).
College degree or course work in Business Administration or related area preferred.
Twoyearsexperience within data integrity, merchandising, retail or related area.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Strong organizational, prioritizing, decision making, problem solving.
Good attention to detail withhighdegree of accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and various PC software.
