The City of Ionia is seeking qualified applicants for the part-time positions of Theatre Custodian/Maintenance Person at the Ionia Theatre. There are two part time positions to cover all the days of the week the theatre operates. Duties include a broad range of custodial and cleaning activities, minor maintenance activities, communicating concerns/findings to the Theatre Director, and other duties as assigned.
Position reports to the Theatre Director. Requires graduation from high school or equivalent. Minimum experience of two years in a cleaning/custodian/maintenance position preferred. Wage: $11 to $12 per hour, depending on qualifications. Appointment to this position is contingent upon successful completion of the required physical, drug screen and training period.
