Wolverine Building Group is looking for a Senior Superintendent to work out of our Grand Rapids office, supporting complex commercial projects and organizing and directing multiple trade partners, suppliers, and craft supervision of crews up to 120 to ensure projects are completed within the established goals for safety, timeliness, budget, and customer satisfaction.

You will:

• Oversee daily operation of construction projects, including kick-off meetings, progress meetings, daily logs, lookahead schedules, safety inspections, and exit strategy meetings.
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed.
• Communicate project progress with clients, subcontractors, and project managers, creating project risk assessments in collaboration with project manager.
• Manage subcontractors and construction site organization coordinating 7 to 15 concurrent trade contractors and crew sizes up to 120 people.
