JOB SUMMARY
The Operational Training Coordinator is responsible for lifecycle management of GMP training documents, including training forms, employee training records, and trainee qualifications from creation through archival within the Operational areas. You are responsible for developing, planning, coordinating, and implementing all training activities including training assignment, content management and new employee orientation. Additionally, documentation reviews, managing corrections and archival duties as required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures understanding of training and effective transfer of knowledge and skills.
Reviews current qualifications, skill sets and certification processes with Subject Matter Experts (SME's) and makes recommended changes.
Collaborate with team leads to develop & maintain ongoing training curriculums for designated department.
Work in partnership with Operations Managers to align new branches with essential training.
Identify training requirements and institute plans for training new and existing employees.
Track completions for mandatory training programs and annual compliance courses.
Assist with Learning system administration to add/remove users and push content.
Select and schedule appropriate training for new hires.
Provide support related to training, scheduling training events.
Coordinate training schedules with the trainers and assist in keeping the training schedule up to date and organized.
Assist with overseeing the learning management system (LMS) by updating enrollment, running completion reports, creating, and assigning new courses, and reaching out to managers and employee on past due courses.
Coordinate Train-the-Trainer programs.
Ensure trainers are kept abreast of training requirements.
Ensures delivery of job specific training SOP's.
Coordinates and participates in new hire Onboarding and new Department Onboarding for current employees.
Tracks and reports training status and completion on X basis.
Maintain records of training documentation.
Open to a flexible and fluid work environment. Work on any assignment as directed.

Requirements
Qualified candidates possess experience with document management or a Learning Management System; previous GMP
environment experience is required. Experience with coordinating training activities within a technical organization. Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques. This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an associate degree or a minimum of 2-5 years of Training related experience.
