Customer Service experience is a plus but not required.
Shipping experience is also a plus but not required.
Experience in IQMS is a plus but not required.
Knowledge of FIFO is a plus but not required.
Forklift familiarities are a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with shipping team in order to gain knowledge regarding our parts and processes to better assist with Customer service.
- Answer incoming calls
- Responding to any and all questions via email in a professional and timely manner, or directing questions to the correct team member or department
- Packaging parts/ Boxing parts for shipments
- Palletizing and wrapping containers for shipment
- Assist with inventories as needed
- Use of barcode scanners to scan shipments
