We are excited for you to apply to our Loan Processor position in Lakeview, MI for our Country Living segment. This position is an integral part of our team that provides front desk reception coverage and provides administrative assistance to our mortgage loan processing and loan documentation process. Our CSRs are working closely with our customers and association staff to ensure that the customers’ needs are met. It is imperative that this incumbent has excellent customer service and a desire to work in a team environment. This position will be 8am-4:30pm and reports daily to the branch.

Position Requirements...
- High School diploma required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must demonstrate the ability to utilize computer technology and multiple software applications.
- Knowledge of financial principles and practices, credit processing and servicing activities is desired.
- Knowledge of varied loan policies, procedures, and practices is desired.
- Experience in cash handling, receipting and disbursing funds, and cash balancing is desired.
