As a member of the Talent Management team reporting directly to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the HR Risk & Compliance Specialist will be an integral team member working with the HR Business Partners, Recruiters and HR leaders on HR policy, process.
Leverage data and provide reports to promote value of programs an engage with senior leadership to design, implement, and communicate strategic action plans.
Manage and coordinate all activities relating to AAP and EEO reporting cycles.
Help coordinate necessary data for internal and external audits, including those by government agencies, in partnership with business unit & HR representatives.
Manage HR compliance programs, including management of all government submissions EEO/AAP and Vets-100 reporting.
Partner with the Director of Diversity and Inclusion on the annual review of each business unit's AAP to ensure goals are progressing and accurate maintenance of applicants are maintained.
Ensure compliance and maintenance of employee background checks, I-9's, Visa's, licensures and other required hiring documents.
Collaborates with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion leaders to monitors and analyze policy and programs for Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action (EEO/AA) and Workplace Diversity
Manages the Affirmative Action Plan and Immigration Visa process
Responsible for external reporting associated w/ EEOC, Affirmative Action, OFCCP and Veterans 4212.
Collect, analyze and interpret data such as applicant flow, hiring, termination, promotions, salaries, training, and transfers, for required government reporting and internal monitoring process
Develop and assist with AAP implementation in accordance with government regulations which includes
Drafting/revising plan narratives
Developing statistical portion of AAPs
Extracting and analyzing personnel data from different HR systems
Conducting job group, utilization, impact ratio, and other analyses required to determine the action oriented programs-Auditing outreach partnerships
Conducting internal audits of the Company's AAPs
Submit documentation required for affirmative action certification with municipal, state, and federal agencies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field. Knowledge of compliance laws, regulations, and regulatory expectations. 5 years minimum experience.
Demonstrated ability to perform complex analysis and provide insights and recommendations to business and/or compliance partners. Continuous learning, as defined by the Company's learning philosophy, is required. Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged
