Mi Mobile, Northern Michigan's premier “Do It All” Cell Phone Store, is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a Sales and Service Representative position at our Grayling store. This person is responsible for day-to-day operations that include, but are not limited to, the sales and repair of our services and devices. On top of being a sales and customer service extraordinaire, you will also learn the skill of tech repair. This is an amazing opportunity for someone that really enjoys helping people. Responsibilities:
- Activating cell phone and internet plans.
- Repairing cell phones, tablets, laptops, and gaming systems.
- Selling cell phones, tablets, cell phone/tablet accessories, home security cameras, MiMobileFi internet and more.
- Answering phone calls and assisting walk-in traffic.
- Opening and closing the store.
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients by listening to their needs and treating them with respect.
- Demonstrating product knowledge.
Part-Time Position:
- Work alternating shifts: Monday-Friday (open 9am-6pm)
- Work every other Saturday 10am-3pm
Salary: Hourly plus commission sales and service position and pay will be based on experience and potential.
