Wolverine Building Group is looking for Iron Workers to join our Self-Perform Trade teams supporting projects throughout West Michigan.

You will:

• Assist or lead pre-engineered roof crews and sidewall crews.
• Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed, bringing problems to the attention of the Supervision, Safety, or Human Resources.
• Per plan, lay out the roof for installation. Install insulation and roof panels ensuring the sheets remain straight and square.
• Install insulation and sidewall panels, ensuring proper layout for the installation of windows and doors as well as other equipment.
• Work within the project timeline and budget.
• Conduct daily checks of equipment and safe operation procedures.
• Meet the welding specifications of the blueprint and pass welding inspections.
