We are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HR) Program Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. Your role involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company's TN and J-1 Visa talent pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. He/She will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar using HR software and tools. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization.
Help oversee TN & J-1 visa programs.
Manage the housing and transportation processes for employees with TN visas.
Manage recruitment process of the visa programs, including creating and sending offer letters.
In charge of pre-arrival and day of arrival checklist.
Perform orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires.
Resolve visa employee issues regarding wages, housing, transportation, and any other issues that may arise using bilingual skills.
Conduct various administrative and record keeping activities.
Support the recruitment/hiring process by assisting with initial phone screens and scheduling interviews with new candidates.
Develop, maintain, and update necessary documents in Spanish language.
Assist with helping the HR team with HR related calls and directing them to the appropriate team member.
Provide employees with help and direction in HR matters as needed.

Qualifications
Must be fully proficient in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint )
Experience with HR IS's-ADP preferred.
College degree and/or equivalent experience in Human Resources.
Experience with visa programs preferred.
Does not own or maintain contact with birds or swine.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. Work in an office environment.
