Strategic Relationships is EY's strategy and coordinated approach to strengthening relationships with C-suite, boards, and alumni of financial institutions. In EY's Financial Services Organization (FSO), Strategic Relationships is comprised of five practices (Center for Executive Leadership, Center for Board Matters, Center for Alumni, Executive and Board Network, Client Experience) working in alignment to elevate EY's brand and activate networks, data, insights and connection points to deliver long-term value for stakeholders, clients and account teams.
Through our Executive and Board Network (EBN), we play a critical role in building a better, more-connected, working world by helping organizations source qualified talent that is critical to solving their most pressing challenges. We are equally passionate about supporting our Network members in achieving their various leadership journey aspirations: whether it be assisting a client in preparing for a corporate board interview, enhancing the network of a newly appointed board member, or connecting an alumnus into their big gig, we are here to help.
