The opportunity
You'll help our clients on range of risk management services in the treasury area around asset liability management, liquidity risk management, FTP, and other treasury activities.
Your key responsibilities:
You'll gain in-depth understanding of our clients' unique needs and goals, focus on delivery of regulatory remediation, process and technology improvement, and provide insights to our clients through enabling technologies. You'll work in a cross functional team with business and technology consultants through all phases of the project life cycle. You'll deliver strategic enhancement of IT systems or operational processes supporting regulatory compliance within financial services firms, and you and your team will implement technology performance improvement solutions using deep subject matter knowledge to address specific business concerns in liquidity space.

Financial and risk background combined with technical skills to enable you to deliver practical, executable plans that enable our clients to succeed on their technology transformation agenda
Motivate engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds by fostering an innovative and inclusive team-orientated work environment
To qualify for the role you must have
A bachelor's degree in risk, computer science, information technology, management information systems, engineering or a related field, and more than 3 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and more than 2 years of related work experience
Experience in treasury and liquidity reporting (FR 2052a, LCR, NSFR) and risk management practices, processes, and products
Knowledge of a broad range of treasury instruments and the complex financial products used to manage risk
Functional knowledge related to asset-liability management, interest rate risk, funding and liquidity risk, collateral management, stress testing
Understand leading practices and regulatory guidance in Treasury governance, processes, procedures, and internal control environment
Experience in financial risk management combined with leading enterprise IT implementations leveraging Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Ideally, you'll also have
Prior consulting experience with a Big 4 firm or large global bank
Business requirements using agile methodologies and tools e.g., JIRA
OOP Programming languages (Java preferable)
Scripting Technologies (Python preferable)
Databases (e.g., Oracle, Sybase, MySQL, Big data technologies like Hadoop)
Reporting/Visualization Tools (Spotfire, Tableau, Qlik)

• The salary range for this position in Stamford is $96,700- $179,600
• The salary range for this position in Hartford is $88,000- $163,300
• The salary range for this position in Las Vegas is $83,500 - $155,100
