The HR Strategy and Transformation Digital Enablement team implements core, firmwide Talent applications leveraged to support key Talent strategies and processes. As Talent identifies opportunities to transform the way we deliver services, technology solutions will need to be implemented or updated to provide an enhanced experience to our professionals and to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness improvements across Talent.
Our team - in partnership with our Talent stakeholders, IT partners, and technology vendors - is implementing several solutions that will enhance the employee experience, optimize productivity, and create value for the Firm. We are seeking a highly motivated and seasoned talent technology professional to design, implement, and monitor these solutions as part of our multi-year transformation roadmap. This is a key role that will coordinate across the Digital Enablement team and requires strong project management skills, stakeholder management experience, technology acumen, and investment governance experience. This individual will develop and maintain project plans, manage risks and issues and create a wide variety of operational and executive level project materials. This individual will also support solution design and user acceptance testing, provide input for key decisions and escalate for additional support as needed.
Work you'll do
As the Digital Enablement Manager, you will:
Lead the design and implementation of critical talent enabling technologies.
Coordinate with the Talent process owners and subject matter advisors to ensure the appropriate Talent representation is included in preparation, design and testing workshops.
Lead user acceptance testing - including reviewing test materials, identifying and tracking tester resources and test completion status, reporting and reviewing testing results.
Lead support of Talent technology solutions.
Support the Digital Enablement leadership team with support for key programs and projects.
Monitor and analyze investment spend on enabling technology.
Create business cases to demonstrate the return-on-investment related to digital solutions.
Collaborate with other subject matter experts to propose innovative digital solutions that shape the customer experience.
Design workshops and other planning sessions to ensure that system configurations, process designs, and testing plans meet the talent business owners' needs
Perform other role-related duties as needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant work experience
Problem solving skills and consultative approach with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
Expertise leading talent technology implementation solutions or enhancing other enterprise digital talent solutions - from concept to deployment
Leadership experience in a dynamic, complex, client- and team-focused environment within minimal oversight and an agile mindset
Experience building and leading agile teams and creating an inclusive environment for innovation
Strong project management experience
Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient Microsoft Office technology (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)
Knowledge of the professional services industry is preferred
