The Business Transformation (BT) Project Release Manager is a critical part of the BT Team. Overall responsibility for all releases, bundling all development resources into releases and executing in-time deployment of all releases.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $94,000-$198,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:

Tasks:
Prepare and execute the releases and hot fixes in the Business Transformation project
Coordination, continuous update and communication of the release plan
Alignment with Business Transformation End to end stream on the content for the releases
Documentation of the releases
Collaborate with test manager to ensure proper testing of releases
Collaborate with software logistics teams for technical implementation of release
Act as gatekeeper for approval of production releases
Define, update and document the release processes
Coordinate release plan in alignment with roll-in and sprint planning
Role:
Overall responsible for BT releases
Build: Bundling of development resources into releases
Execution: In-time deployment of releases
Release Manager is not expected to carry out any development, testing or deployment by themselves.

IT Stream Leads & Developers
Test Manager
Infrastructure team for technical deployment
Project / program lead
Member of the architecture core team
Work directly with overall program team and local business stakeholders to ensure a successful project - on time, on budget, with minimal business disruption.
Plan and prepare for future waves of deployment and contribute to the release plan and changes to the global template as required
Coordinate with change and communication team on training requirements
Contribution in conceptual system and process design and implementation
Interdepartmental coordination of information
Monitoring of business processes/workflows and organizational structure with proposals for leveraging business transformation project
Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality
Ensure the completeness of documentation for the release of IT systems which support local/global processes
Partner with Business Transformation Global project leaders and Business Stakeholders for SAP Rollouts to company entities
Working out release policy for new business functionalities post go-live
Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or higher
10 years of relevant work experience
Software Development Lifecycle experience
Release Management of SAP S4 HANA, Salesforce, Workday & other software
Knowledge of and experience with JIRA & MS Project
Experience with global, large scale ERP implementations
Work with with teams across US & EMEA
Must be able to fluently communicate in English
Business and Process Knowledge
Cross functional knowledge in business domains
