Customer Service Representative
Blue Flame Propane, Inc. seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Mio Bulk Plant Office.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Professionalism with handling customer calls for enrollments, cancellations, resolutions for issues, and complaints.
- Processing customer orders.
- Posting daily work in the computer system.
- Reconciling daily deposits.
- Assist with dispatching customer orders to drivers.
- Greet visitors (customers, USPS, FedEx, UPS).
- If needed, other duties as assigned by the Director or Office Manager.

Position Qualifications:
- Two years of customer service experience is preferred.
- Moderate data entry and computer skills required.
- Effective communication skills, friendly, organized, and professional.
