Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- Mechanical experience in a manufacturing facility required.
- Technical mechanical experience in a chemical facility highly preferred.
- Welding experience in structural and pipe welding, including but not limited to SMAW, and TIG.
- Pipefitting experience.
- Rigging and equipment moving experience.
- Fork lift, and other motorized equipment operation experience.
- Working at heights in elevated work platforms experience.
- Working with crane operators via hand signals to lift equipment experience.
- Confined space work experience.
- Standing for extended periods of time, ability to lift, push and pull up to 55 pounds frequently, exposure to outside conditions and ability to work any shift.
- Highly ethical with the ability to understand complex situations and make decisions.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates a personal presence characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the values of the company.
