*** Learn other operations or technologies such as Visual, Fluorescent Penetrant, or other NDT methods.
Hourly wage is based on certification and experience.

DESCRIPTION:
- Read and interpret indications and evaluate them per applicable documents and standards
- Organize and report test results
- Operate radiography equipment
- Oversee calibration of CR equipment
- Create techniques and inspection method documents
- Assure product is properly processed to the applicable method sheets
- Keep area clean and adhere to safety procedures
- Meet efficiency standards
- Understand, follow, and implement ISO 9001 and AS 9100 systems and procedures
- Initiate continuous improvement and participate in continuous improvement efforts
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
REQUIRMENTS:
- Level II NAS410 (1200 hours OJT and 80 classroom course hours) preferred.
- Digital X-Ray Level I NAS410 (400 hours OJT and 40 classroom course hours) or Level I - ASNT (210 hours OJT and 12 classroom course hours)
- Familiarity with casting and welding defects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attendance and work ethic
