Available Shifts:
- 24/7 Nights 1: 4pm-4am, nights vary (work every other weekend)
- 24/7 Days: 4am-4pm, days vary (work every other weekend)
- 3rd Shift: 10:45pm-7:00am (Sunday-Thursday)
Competitive starting pay: $18 starting pay for night shift. Accelerated pay structure for your first year (opportunity to make $19 by 1 year). Annual merit increases based on performance after that.

Position Summary: Assist in all production needs. Produce, process and develop high quality custom color concentrates in accordance with UC standards and customer specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Complete training as appropriate in all pertinent areas of production including: Mixing, Extrusion, Molding, Packaging.
•Responsible for successful facilitation of all company safety policies and procedures.
•Follow UC Quality System-approved work instructions and procedures and help improve these as needed.
Preferred Experience, Training, and Skills:
•Knowledge of all production operations and procedures.
•Must pass color test and math test
Physical Requirements:
•Ability to stand/walk up to 11 hours during the day.
•Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. on any particular day.
•Ability to climb stairs multiple times on any particular day.
Required Education: High School Diploma or GED.
