Full Time 30-40 + Hours per Week
Generally 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday. These times will vary depending on time of season and on Call rotation. Weekends will be required during On Call Shifts. Some calls will need to be ran after 5pm at times during peak of season times or later customer availability.
The Service Technician starts each day checking on his tablet for first call.
Correctly Complete each job in Service Titan Remote on Tablet
Turn in Collected Monies and Purchase Order forms at least 3 times per week.
Keep Truck Stocked and Clean
Do his best to maintain a 75% call conversion percentage.
Keep a call back percentage below 3%
Attend in house trainings
Run every after hours call that comes in that's possible when On Call
Keep Uniforms in a clean and presentable manner either by washing on his own or using our cleaning service.
Clean shaven or keep goatees or beards in a trimmed and presentable manner
Attend some Trainings off site and after hours at times to keep up to date with latest trainings
Schooling or Mechanical background
Tools as per Service Technician List
Be available for required above hours.
