Hybrid Facilitator
The Opportunity:
You'll work as a C-IED/AW Training Developer or Facilitator supporting an Army client's mission to ensure unity of command in supporting Training Readiness Authority (TRA) by developing and executing individual and collective C-IED/AW training strategies incorporating multiple assets and delivery methodologies. You'll coordinate with Garrison and State activities to improve C-IED/AW training facilities and ranges, and employ Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS), including Games for Training (GFT). You'll support home station training using Virtual Battlespace (VBS3) in a classroom and field environment, and develop and tailor scenarios to facilitate training. You'll perform installation, operation, maintenance, and configuration management for the assigned GFT Software, and report the use of virtual systems monthly and coordinate and schedule training with ARNG units. You'll assess, update, and deliver C-IED/AW training and associated products, and coordinate with commanders and assist units with planning virtual and live C-IED/AW training. You'll execute specialized C-IED/AW education and training for attack the network (AtN), Electronic Warfare (EW), biometrics, HMEs, site exploitation, intelligence support, and mobility which includes unmanned ground vehicles and route clearance. You understand the interrelationship between hybrid, asymmetric, and War Fighting Functions. You'll synchronize arrival, sustainment, and prioritization for standard and non-standard C-IED/AW equipment and training resources, assist with planning virtual and live C-IED/AW training across multiple sites, and provide continuity and expertise that enables awareness and effective use of assets to support C-IED/AW training.
You Have:
10+ years of experience with the U.S. Army
4+ years of experience leading training, developing exercises, and delivering exercise support
4+ years of experience in the counter improvised explosive field
Experience usingsimulations to support training
Experience with C-IED/AW training and GFT
Experience with biometrics and EW
Secret clearance
Associate's degree
Completion of a Foundational Instructor or Facilitator Course, including the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Army Basic Instructor Course, Association for Talent Development (ATD) Master Course, or Booz Allen Facilitator Training Course within 180 days of hire date

Experience as a Joint Fires Observer, Gunnery, or Instructor

Experience conducting After Action Reviews (AAR)

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
