*Will provide excellent customer service to multiple Parker Accounts.*Will have direct contact with external customers and Parker Sales Team.*Will give Customer price quotations and process credits.*Respond to Customer emails in a timely manner.*Will be responsible for taking calls on Parker's Customer Service Call Center.*Keep appropriate departments informed of customer requirements and problem areas.*Review schedules, releases and enter orders on a timely basis.*Responsible for entering customer's purchase orders via CRT.*Possible backup for switchboard/mail and Executive Administrative Asst.*Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.*Proficient in the use of personal computer.*Excellent telephone and general communication skills.*Excellent math skills.*Sensitivity in dealing with customer conflicts.*Strong interpersonal skills.*Previous customer service experience is beneficial.*High School Graduate with emphasis on office procedures, interpersonal communications and computer skills.*Basic Excel.*Experience with Nafta codes, paperwork is beneficial.
