Position: Residential Case Manager
Reports To: Clinical Supervisor
Beginning Pay Range: $36,660.00 - $40,326.00

The Case Manager is responsible for the oversight of a youth’s educational and day-to-day case needs. The primary role is coordination of services, supports and communication to assure the child/youth, parents/guardians/foster and adoptive family, program staff, referring foster care worker, and school personnel understand the educational, visitation and daily needs plan and their role in its success. Serving as an advocate, the Case Manager functions to assure individualized service plans are integrated with and support a child’s/youth’s education and treatment plan, not only during their program involvement, but in preparation for transition from residential to community-based placement, education and services .
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant human services discipline required and a minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting children and youth in their treatment goals either as a direct care worker for children in a treatment setting or as a case manager for children.
Applicants being considered for hire must pass a drug test before beginning work. Refusal to submit to testing will result in disqualification of further employment consideration. Failure to pass the pre-employment will disqualify the applicant from employment for a period of six months.
