What does the PCT role entail?

Rotating Schedule of 3 to 4 day work weeks, including rotating Saturday’s with Sunday off

Starting and ending times can range from 4:00 am to 9:00 pm

Average hours range from 10 to 12 hours a day

Monitor, educate and provide care for up to 4 patients before, during and after dialysis treatment. Please note you will have exposure to blood and needles.

Support your community and build relationships by caring for patients local to your town.
What does a successful PCT look like?

High School Diploma (HSD) or GED
-
Comfortable working around blood and needles, mixing acid or bicarb

Desire to enter the healthcare field to care for other people in need
-
Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

Ability to work in a fast paced setting as part of a team while managing multiple responsibilities at a time

Healthcare experience a plus including: BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification.
