- The ability to learn and utilize the necessary programs and office equipment for this position.
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of Microsoft applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, Publisher, SharePoint etc.

- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written form in English.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written form in Spanish is not required but preferred.

- Ability to provide services for those persons facing economic, social, health, age, and educational barriers.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment (as deemed necessary).
