We are searching for a Growth Marketing Strategist to develop and implement integrated digital strategies that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. This individual should possess a deep understanding of funnel-based, omnichannel campaign design and lead performance reporting to incorporate quantitative data into campaign strategies.

Conduct research and analyze data to identify target audiences, market trends, and growth opportunities
Develop full-funnel strategies, campaign recommendations, and tactical plans to reach prospects and customers across their respective buying stages
Recommend account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to complement a demand-gen approach
Build, manage, and optimize coordinated campaigns, including paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, native, and video
Use analytics and experimentation methods, such as A/B, multivariate, and conversion testing, to optimize campaign and channel performance for continuous improvement
Track and analyze key performance metrics and report on campaign performance and effectiveness
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to inform strategies
Design and communicate "what's next" through decks, strategic briefs, and presentations
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or another related field
5+ years experience in a digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing role
Experience in B2B required, industrial or applied safety science industry experience preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are required
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Experience with data analysis and analytics tools required, demand generation and account-based marketing platforms experience highly desired
Excellent time management, organization, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work optimally with cross-functional teams
