Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee all operations and activities of a full-service dealership, including sales, service, parts, and financing
Serve as new and used truck sales manager
Work effectively with customers, vendors, and other employees to attain required business outcomes and goals
Create budgets, maintain, and exceed financial goals for the dealership
Monitor competition within assigned region
Responsible for hiring, training and motivating dealership personnel
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be willing to relocate
Management experience preferred
Ability or willingness to learn how to spec trucks
Desire to keep up with changes within the transportation industry
Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in business or related field preferred, but not required
Strong leadership, organizational skills, and communication skills
