Position Summary
Team Members are responsible for performing tasks involving physical labor on the landscaping, lawn care, and/or stump grinding team. The person in this position may operate a variety of hand and power tools, zero turn mowers, loader tractors, skid steers and other equipment. Family is our priority. We try to keep an 8-4 schedule Monday through Friday. Overtime is available after 40 hours. Saturdays are used as a make up day if we get behind due to weather.
Starting Pay: $15-$18 per hour depending on experience. Monthly Raises are available depending on performance.
