Safety Systems is a Michigan based and family owed company that specializes in Fire Alarm Systems, Special Hazard Fire Suppression Systems, Security Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems Video Monitoring Systems, with a UL Listed and FM Approved Central Station
We currently are looking for 1 part-time 3rd shift Dispatch Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to each customer you speak with.
Job Specifications and Accountabilities:
- Answer incoming calls and direct those calls to the appropriate designation.
- Dispatch emergency personnel as needed.
- Document alarms calls in alarm software.
- Record and distribute service calls.
- Communicate system's performance to customers.
- Backup if needed with programming new alarm systems or code changes.
- Clerical duties as assigned.
- May be additional duties upon request.
- ****Weekends and holiday work required on a rotating basis****
