Qualifications for skilled trades include an Apprenticeship Certification or 8 years of documented experience on
company letterhead from previous employers working in the trade.

Job Description
Enters and Tracks plant wide gauges in internal Quality System (IQS)
Calibrates gauges. Example - torque guns, dial indicators, micrometers, torque drivers, calipers, etc..
Repairs floor gauges as needed.
Identifies low inventories for floor gauges / digital probes and escalates to supervisor as needed.
Cleans and repairs plant wide digital gauges
Sterling, AG Davis, Tarpin, Marposs, VGAGE, Hommel, P26 P40 Gear system, and Floor DC, Kleco, and Atlas Copco Torque guns
Maintains yearly calibrations in IQS by pulling monthly due list and prioritizing them through calibration process.
Knowledge of Blue print reading, GD&T, and basic CMM programming
Knowledge of Maximo
Maintains Gauge lab cleanliness and cabinet locations
Maintains backroom inventory - spare gauges from stores.
Maintains gauge inventory.
Required Skills and Education
Possess a certified journeyperson's card or be able to provide documentation of a minimum of eight years of experience in the Tool Maker from previous or current employers on company letterhead.
Available to work overtime and flexible schedule as required within union facility agreement.
Available to work any shift as required.
Ability to pass pre-employment physical including drug testing.
