HomeFlex Realty is looking for a part time office assistant. Job duties included: answering phones, making real estate showing and listing appointments, preparing real estate documents, keeping track of all offers and listings, communicating with buyers, sellers, lenders and title companies during the buying and selling process and other office duties as assigned by Broker. Experience with Quickbooks is a plus. Hours are 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.
