Under the direction of the City Commission and general supervision of the City Manager, oversees the planning, directing and coordinating of financial and administrative operations of the City. This includes the operations of Administration, City Clerk, Finance, Treasury and Information Technology departments. Ensures the accurate accounting of all City funds by monitoring both expenditures and
revenues. Manages financial reporting, investments and coordinates the annual audit while also overseeing the areas of purchasing, receivables, financial planning, budget, personnel and risk management. As part of city administration, is responsible for oversight and contractual agreements for arena operations, cable TV and public campgrounds.
