Summary:
Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Facebook's success. We have a world-class team working together to help drive our ambitions and scale to the next level. We are looking for a Manager to work at the intersection of operations strategy, consulting, and program management. This person will be part of the Programs and Operations Recruiting organization, and leading teams in our Candidate Channels Program.The major goal for the person in this role will be to design and execute strategies that increase the quality of our top of funnel candidate flow, and the efficiency of how our global team operates. This leader needs to effectively partner with, and integrate the capabilities of, our cross-functional partners into our teams' day-to-day operations. It will be the responsibility of the manager to lead current initiatives with Recruiting, and to stay close to their teams to identify opportunities for new projects. This role sits squarely within a fast-paced, dynamic environment that continually presents opportunities to produce solutions for a wide variety of interesting and often complex challenges.
Required Skills:
Build the Referrals strategy and partnerships needed to qualify and share talent from candidate channels with recruiting and business partners, while providing an optimal candidate and internal employee experience
Analyze data to provide insights and influence program metrics, while taking into consideration the qualitative variables that may impact business decisions
Manage multiple concurrent and often complex projects effectively both independently and collaboratively with global cross-functional partners, including process or experience issues
Drive process improvements: collaborate with Recruiting Leadership, Insights, and Recruiting Products to optimize and execute our recruiting strategies, and gain efficiencies to process through automation and machine learning
Partner with team members to clearly establish project priorities and milestones
Hold team accountable for high levels of service through success metrics, diagnostics and goals
Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to align on deliverables, timelines and status
Design communications and change management that scale across the recruiting organization, communicate regularly on status and progress of program and team
Manage and escalate organizational risks and issues as appropriate, establish success metrics, and ensure performance is tracked and measured
Assist with escalated issues on priorities, goals, strategies, resources and key initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of project/program management experience
8+ years of people management experience
4+ years experience working directly with recruiting teams
Experience in data and analytical approach to problem-solving to drive strategy and change
Experience working across various levels of the organization globally
Experience managing multiple projects and delivering work on timelines
Experience working cross-functionally and strengthening relationships with clients and partners
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a Recruiting organization
Experience operating effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity independently
