The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $53,000 - $113,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will do in This Role:
Serve as business partner to senior Executive Leadership in Global Project Management Office (PMO) organization.
Supporting development of monthly project reporting metrics including monthly collection of all key company projects.
Liaise with Regions as required to understand key changes within projects and ensure ample bridging of major performance changes from one period to the next
Serve as a business partner to NA project controlling team.
Support Global Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing organizations on analyses regarding the functions impact on overall project performance.
Connect with GES finance team and support on PMO cost center controlling.
Prepare and distribute monthly project reporting incl quality check support for the regions.
Work on PMO Dashboard improvements and KPI developments.
Participate in tools and process automation.
Create as needed new templates for data collection to support on-going or one-time requests.
Prepare reports based ad hoc requests from GLT, KION and external auditors.
Other tasks as assigned.
What We are Looking For:
Bachelor of Science degree with a strong concentration in Finance and/or Accounting is required.
2-5 years' experience in Planning & Reporting or Project Controlling function is required.
Demonstrated project accounting experience, preferably with an international company.
Experience working with an international organization with subsidiaries outside of the United States is preferred.
Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and large reporting tools such as Hyperion and PowerBI.
Experience with SAP is given strong consideration.
Exceptional analytical, critical reasoning, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to be well organized, learn new tasks quickly, define process improvements, and strive for success.
