Compensation for this position starts at $73,400 annually and may increase with relevant work experience and transferrable skills

In our Flex Offices, we will provide a member-centric, community-focused environment. You'll be at the forefront of community development, and will demonstrate adaptability and passion for people. You'll be an advocate for community engagement and a voice for the member experience.
Responsible for overall flex office functions and delivery to include: member engagement, coach and mentor staff for growth, and achieve the business and financial objectives of the credit union. Foster a positive environment of openness where teams at various levels can all achieve, report on activities, conduct community outreach, and consult with members to provide financial solutions and creative service-based problem resolution.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
The minimum requirement for any team member of our company is to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others, with a commitment to a workplace of dignity and respect, in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity standards and regulations. We also require, as a minimum standard, that all team members have the ability to accept direction and constructive criticism from supervisors and managers.
Develop, monitor and manage the member experience and service levels within the flex office. Provide leadership to the flex office member engagement team to build meaningful relationships and promote member loyalty.
Coach and mentor the member engagement team to tailor appropriate products and services, to fit the individual financial needs of each member. Meet with team members regularly, on an individual and group basis to establish and reinforce training of new technology, products, services and procedures.
Leverage curiosity for problem-solving and strong communication skills to resolve personnel and member concerns.
Deliver effective and playful member engagement strategies through community events and sponsorships.
Be the face of CFCU at professional groups as assigned, representing a professional, confident, friendly and helpful presence with every interaction.
Ensure compliance of all financial policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Responsible for proper opening and closing procedures of the flex office, security, physical control and maintenance of the facility including: equipment, supply inventory, negotiable items and general ledgers as assigned, and timely completion of management reports.
Responsible for the personnel functions within the flex office including staffing, training, evaluating performance, maintaining a high level of employee morale/job satisfaction, and policy compliance.
Collect feedback, and offer perspectives and insights to the organization for the flex office strategy.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of applicable market trends.
Recommend flex office workflow improvements to streamline operational processes.
Work with team members and Community Development Team to ensure the flex office is fully leveraged in our communities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Functions and Responsibilities:
Travel with flex office as necessary.
Operate and drive vehicle with flex office trailer/large equipment.Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
4-6 years experience in sales/member experience.
1 year of leadership experience.
Demonstrated business acumen.
Ability to operate vehicle and trailer/flex office/large equipment hauling.
Ability to successfully possess required licenses, meet the annual requirements/screenings of state licenses/CDL, and pass motor vehicle check (MVR) annually.
Proven successful goal setting and achievements.
Proficiency using Excel and Word.
Qualifications Preferred:
3 years of leadership experience.
Working Conditions:
