We are seeking a Crisis Stabilization Clinician to provide follow-up care and brief therapy with Children and Adolescents and their families in their home, community and in an office setting.
This is a regularly scheduled position, 40 hours a week with some scheduling flexibility based on clinician preference and client need, may work 9-5, 10-6, or 11-7. This position is part of the mobile crisis team which includes a weekend and holiday on call rotation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, or Psychology, or Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Licensed in the State of Michigan as a licensed or limited licensed master social worker, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or psychologist OR be eligible for a limited license as stated above and obtain that licensure within 30 days of hire
- Specialized training and at least one year of experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of minors and their families
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job related use
- Thorough working knowledge of the practices and principles of psychological, emotional, and sociological assessment and diagnosis
- Thorough working knowledge of professional ethics and standards of practice
- Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and data entry skills
- Demonstrated experience communicating clearly and concisely in stressful situations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and skills and capabilities of bridging language/cultural barriers to Network180 services within diverse communities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Full Licensure in the State of Michigan as a licensed master social worker, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or psychologist
- Spanish speaking
- Credentialed through the Michigan Certificate Board for Addiction Professionals
- Three years post graduate experience
- Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued
