Job Overview
We are currently looking for a 3rd ShiftMachine Operatorto join our team in the Steel Plant in Holland, MI.
As a 3rd ShiftMachine Operator, you will:
Setup, operate, and maintainvarious Computer-Numerically Controlled (CNC) machines to produce quality parts per production and engineering specifications. CNC machines operated include, but are not limited to, Biesse, Kitako, Heian, and V Alberti.

Do you have these required qualifications?
High school diploma or equivalent
Up to twelve months training required
Four years related experience required, including Computer Aided Design (CAD) and/or CNC programming.
Ability to lift/move products weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to flex work schedule;overtime may be required including weekends and/or holidays per business demands
Ability to work in Holland, MIwithout relocation assistance
Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship

Do you have these preferred qualifications?
Additional technical or vocational training
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
Must have strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem solving ability.
Demonstrated proficiency in trigonometry and geometry.
Personal computer (PC) and keyboard/mouse skills required.
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
Able to acuraetly use precision measuring instruments.
