Waypost Brewing Co. is a farm brewery in Fennville, MI. We produce high quality craft beers, and invite guests to enjoy them at our tasting room and garden patio. We are currently seeking front of house staff who are friendly and passionate about craft beer.
We are seeking candidates for both full-time and part-time, year-round positions, involving hosting, bartending and retail duties.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and guide them through their visit.
- Ensure a positive guest experience, sharing our brewery story and knowledge of beer styles.
- Process transactions and fill orders.
- Bus tables, clean glassware, ensure tasting room and public spaces are clean and tidy at all times.
- Must work well in a team environment.
Requirements:
- Able to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Attention to detail; and a careful attention to health and safety protocols.
- Front of house or retail experience an asset.
- Experience with beer service, or an interest in learning about craft beer. We provide multiple learning opportunities for developing your craft beer knowledge.
- Professional demeanor; calm, cool and collected in any situation.
Pay: From $11.00 per hour plus tips
