Reporting to the shift supervisor, you will have the opportunity to learn from and work alongside the area’s finest artisans. Learn a unique skill and be an integral part of creating a beautiful carpet or rug worthy of any yacht, private aircraft or home. No experience required – we will train you for a rewarding career!

Duties
? To understand, analyze and determine what is required for each job (color of yarn, tufting style, etc.)
? Verbally communicate with the designers to achieve the proper look and quality according to the carpet/rug sample
? Finish jobs in a timely manner while maintaining high levels of quality
Abilities
? Primarily sitting, standing, walking alongside the rug on the floor and a raised platform
? Balance and operate an air-powered tufting gun, able to have full range of motion with hands, wrists, arms and shoulders
? Not allergic to wool
Requirements
? Educational Level: High school or equivalent
? Years Experience: 6 months of manufacturing experience
? Hourly - $13.50 – 14.00 per hour with quarterly bonus and overtime opportunity
