Quality Inspector position is available 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift. Pay is to start at $14.50 with $15.00 after 90 days depending on attendance & training.

We manufacture Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs) for the global electronics market. Our Printed Circuit Boards are used in many applications, including the electronics of a truck, exercise equipment, hospital equipment and the robotics used for surgery
We currently have an opening for a Quality Inspector at Otsego, MI.
Job Summary:
An electronic printed circuit board assembly is extremely complex device that must work correctly every time. A Quality Inspector must have incredible attention to detail. They assure that incoming materials are consistent, parts are assembled properly and that the final product meets industry standards and our customers’ expectations.
Responsibilities and duties:
· Conformance inspection for incoming, in process and final inspection for electronic components and assemblies.
· Record keeping, tracking and sorting parts and PCBAs throughout the manufacturing process.
· Working with manufacturing team members to provide feedback to assure that all products meet customer specifications.
Qualifications and skills:
· Experience with inspection instruments such as: calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, automated optical inspection and microscopes is beneficial.
· Basic computer skills are required.
· Must be able to read detailed inspection instructions and prints.
· Work Longevity and Quality Inspection Experience.
· Knowledge of IPC (Association Connecting Electronics Industries) standards or experience in electronics assembly is a plus. However, training is provided.
