MARTIN is offering opportunities for enthusiastic, experienced Wire Harness Assembly Technicians wanting to collaborate with Team Members to provide world-class products and services.
Scope of Responsibilities include:
Wiring harness assembly using hand tools & proper assembly techniques
Follow work instructions (prints, cut sheets, sample harnesses)
Work in small teams to complete daily build requirements
Inventory tracking of project parts and supplies
Quality validation of wire harness assemblies
Tear down and/or rework donor harnesses
Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
Maintain a clean, organized workspace Required Skills and Qualifications:
2 years? (minimum preferred) experience in wire harness assembly
Experience in properly crimping, soldering, de-pinning
Read and interpret wiring prints and cut sheets
Accurate measurement skills
Experienced in the use of a multimeter
Detail-oriented
Basic computer skills
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
