About this Opportunity
As a Product Marketing Associate, you'll oversee the consistency and quality of product marketing content and information across internal databases and multiple customer-facing endpoints. You will provide program management in support of the launch of new products across key geographies and vertical markets, and partner in the marketing of the Ancillary category and materials.

- Administerthe operation of the product marketing database (Harbour), ensuring all content is updated.
- Contributeto development of the annual Ancillary/Lifestyle marketing plan and the implementation of the tactical plan.
- Ensurethe overall consistency of product details such as taxonomy, positioning, visual assets, and details across customer-facing endpoints.
- Guidethe content management activities for the Product Marketing team, with specific focus on the Ancillary/Lifestyle business.
- Maintain metadata and alt text for all Ancillary images in the Herman Miller Image Libraries.
- Manage product marketing literature at Thoroughbred, includingreviewing weekly reports to identify items that need to be reordered and workingwith Product Management and Marketing to update literature items before reprinting.
- Managethe product marketing discontinuation and simplification process.
- Overseethe product marketing content in key endpoint tools like Scout, Omni, and Planning Tools.
- Participateon program teams to explore further communication methods and improve existing development, production, distribution, and feedback processes.
- Provideproduct marketing verification of social media content.
- Superviseongoing global updates toproduct sheets,sales presentations, and other marketing programs.
- SupportAncillary launch and category activities.
- Supportthe development of knowledge and insights tools and other product marketing content creation.
- Supportthe Material team's cutting of new textile programs for photography.
- Suppors the overall aggregation reporting of marketing projects in tools like Wrike and Teams.
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

- A Bachelor's degreein Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Three years of experience in communications or project management.
- Broad knowledge of marketing and product development processes.
- Leadership capabilities and project team experience.
- Working knowledge of PC hardware and software.
- Excellent interpersonal management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent planning, organization, and written/oral communication skills.
- Technical knowledge of graphic arts and print production process.
- The ability to use the office automation, communication, software, and tools in the Herman Miller office environment.
- A highly collaborative and low-noise approach to problem solving.
- Willingness to take risks, innovate, and challenge mediocrity.
