This 1 st shift MATERIAL CONTROL PROCESSOR position maintains, expedites, and documents master heat qualification testing through the various processes to meet the customer delivery requirements and HWC commitments. Reviews nonconforming test materials for cause and corrective action. Monitors the qualification processes to identify areas for improvements and cost reduction. Provides support to Process Owners as required. Provides backup for Certification, Shipping, and other Process Owner functions as required BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Successfully meet the standardized PreVisor testing requirements. If applicant has worked as a technician at Howmet in the past ten years, or possesses a minimum of an associate degree, testing is not required.

Good oral and written communication skills a must.
Must be PC literate in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with LIMS, Teamcenter, and Microsoft Outlook is preferred.
