Some responsibilities while working independently, may be under moderate supervision and working as a team, seek out new opportunities B2B, create connections and fulfil customers’ needs in IT hardware. Immediate responses using emails, phones and in person visits if needed. From initial customer needs/ request to quoting and finally delivery of product follow through by providing tracking information and delivery estimates, making sure customer is well informed and satisfied of the level of service you have provided.
