MOKA is seeking a Director of Process Improvement to work in collaboration with program and shared services leaders to achieve improvements in operational performance, efficiency and effectiveness. The successful candidate for this leadership role should have experience with process mapping, exceptional collaboration and team skills, and a proven record of project management. This position will also supervise our IT department, including members who provide supporting functions related to process and technology. The ideal candidate will champion the agency’s process improvement and data analysis in order to achieve measurable improvements.
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in business administration, public administration, psychology, social work or related field. Master’s degree preferred. At least five years’ experience in a key management role. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Valid driver’s license is required.
