JOB SUMMARY
The Recruiter will be responsible for the entire recruiting life-cycle, from hiring manager recruitment intake meeting and strategy, sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, debriefing on, and closing both internal and external candidates for assigned hourly, non-exempt and exempt professional positions.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Realize staffing goals by actively recruiting and analyzing potential candidates
· Craft detailed and compelling job descriptions
· Market job opportunities and actively network to attract talent
· Effectively use various recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
· Enter candidates into Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
· Build candidate pools by developing relationships with various organizations, including employment agencies, internet sites and colleges
· Schedule face-to-face and virtual interviews between hiring managers and candidate(s) as requested
· Prepare offer letter requests, schedule prescreen activities and follow up to ensure success in onboarding candidates
· Assist with new hire orientations as needed
· Assist with onboarding documents
· Attend job fairs as requested
· Evaluates organizational process and procedures and recommends improvements
· Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· 2 years of recruiting experience
· Superior recruiting and interviewing capabilities
· Respond to staffing needs with a sense of urgency and can-do attitude
· Able to multitask and balance recruitment efforts for several positions at once
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
· Familiarity with applicable employment law
· Must be detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills
· Experience recruiting for technical roles such as engineering preferred
· Experience with ATS preferred
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
