The Analyst Manager is responsible for managing the Business Analyst and Business Application Developer teams in support of Customer Services. This candidate will develop key approaches that will secure the effectiveness of these teams along with ensuring that groups goals and milestones are met within a timely manner.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $75,000 - $165,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will Do In This Role:
Successfully defines workflows, jobs, and reporting relationships to obtain optimum team effectiveness and results
Monitors work queue and assigns work to Analysts and Developers based on bandwidth and expertise
Understands the Customer Service departments business needs
Builds and fosters partnerships with all Customer Service Departments to drive continuous improvement and improve reporting processes
Develop standards to be used to streamline Tool developments and turnover process.
Provide guidance and support where roadblocks arise.
Manage the Analyst and Developers groups by developing onboarding plans, training tools, and overseeing daily workload
Drives team development and satisfaction through goals, development plans, and one-on-ones
Participates in all phases of document development cycle, including project scope and requirements, documentation design, etc.
Impact of decisions on business operations can have a moderate level of impact.
Refers semi-complex, unusual problems to others
May recommend/ determine organizational structures and supervisory relationships for own segment of company.
Identifies and resolves readily identifiable, clearly defined problems
Assists in reporting and tools development when backlog arises

What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Computer science or Data Management
Pervious Supervisor experience a plus
4 to 6 years of experience preferred working with technical products
Demonstrated experience successfully gather and executing report requirements
Is a smart, quick learner, creative and proactive (i.e., a thinker, not just a doer)
Flexible and capable of adapting to a constantly changing business environment.
Proficient in applications such as Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Power Query, SharePoint, Snowflake
Working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good listener and asks questions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
Exceptional ability to work with cross-functional teams to build partnerships and get things done
Experience in material handling systems or similar industry would be an asset
