The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $36,000- 72,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
Core Responsibilities:
Commissioning of Automatic Guided Vehicles and Systems at customer sites
Training customer personnel on the operation and maintenance of vehicles and systems
Field documentation, including site/vehicle issue logs, daily site reports, etc.
Job site checkout of vehicle and system
Generating software and map backups and changes
Troubleshooting vehicles and systems
In-house technical support and vehicle testing
Providing support to existing customers
This position may include any other duties assigned by the Company
Travel:

Experience/Degree Preferred:
Minimum 2-year degree in Electronics or equivalent training
Minimum2 years AGV Experience
Minimum 2 years of Customer Service Experience
Experience/Skills Preferred:
Troubleshooting
Software & hardware experience
Auto CAD experience
Ability to work well within a team environment
Good verbal and written communication skills
Organization skills
